1.      What should I do if there is a problem or if I want to change my order?
Answer: At everybobble.com, we strive to accommodate your needs. If any problems occur or there are changes that need to be made, contact us immediately by emailing us at sales@everybobble.com.


2.      When will my order ship?
Answer:  We carry a vast line of bobble heads in stock to better serve our clients.  If you place your order with us before 12:00 pm, we will ship your item/s out the same day.  Orders processed after will ship the following business day, excluding weekends and Holidays.


3.      I am interested in ordering a custom bobble head doll and a Licensed doll, can we combine shipping?

Answer:  unfortunately, we are unable to ship your dolls together.  As you may be aware, we house all our licensed dolls in Florida in our warehouse, however our custom made to order dolls are made in our overseas factory.  They ship completely differently and due to this cannot combine the shipping.
